Shipping
- We generally ship products within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, using priority mail unless otherwise specified and takes 7-15 business days to arrive after being shipped.
- Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding stat holidays.
If you place your order before 12:00 pm on a business day, we aim to have it shipped the same day.
- The shipping and handling cost for your order is based on the total weight of the order. Ground shipping is free for all purchases of $60 or more.
Please be sure to provide us with accurate shipping information when placing your order. The customer is responsible for all charges incurred when a package is considered deliverable or returned to us by the shipper due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
- Order Tracking
An email will be sent to confirm your shipment - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.

Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, our customer care team will be in touch to discuss a solution. We’re unable to back order items that are out of stock.
- Order Cancellation and Adjustments
